Ralph H. Wagoner received his BA from Gettysburg College, MS from Westminster College and PhD from Kent State University. His career began in the public schools in Ohio; and moved on to professsor and administrator at Drake University; Vice President for Public Affairs and Development and later President of Western Illinois University; and President of Augustana College, S.D. Since retiring from Augie in 2000, he has served as President of the Lutheran Educational Conference of North America. Wagoner's research efforts are focused on student and faculty attributes and he is involved in many civic activities. In 2000, he was named an Administrator of the Year by CASE.

Laurie received her BA and MA from Lenoir-Rhyne College. She began her career in the admissions office at Lenoir-Rhyne and served as admission counselor, assistant director, and associate director of admission. Laurie worked as a high school college counselor in the Boston area before joining the Lutheran Educational Conference of North America. She served as Director of College Fairs and now serves as Director of Marketing for LECNA’s 42 member colleges and universities.

Wendy received her BA from Creighton University, Omaha, NE. Her career began in the accounting and finance staff at Peter Kiewit & Sons' Inc. She is currently a CPA in the Sioux Falls, SD office of Henry Scholten & Co, LLP and serves as the Director of Business Operations for Lutheran Educational Conference of North America.
