Air Transportation
Most of those traveling by air will want to fly into Columbia, South Carolina (CAE). A limited number of college shuttles will be provided to transport participants from the airport to Newberry College, a trip of approximately 45 miles.

For those who desire securing their own transportation, rental cars are available at the Columbia airport.

For reasons of cost and convenience, however, some participants may opt to fly into Charlotte, North Carolina, but will need to arrange their own land transportation.

Housing Accommodations
Conference participants will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Newberry, South Carolina, a quintessentially quaint southern town featuring the classic town square, antique shops, fine dining, and the Newberry Opera House.
